NextBeats is a modern, customizable lofi music player built with Next.js and TypeScript. It’s perfect for coding, studying, or just chilling. NextBeats has a beautiful, retro TV-style interface, with YouTube integration for endless lofi streams and multiple sound effects to enhance your experience. NextBeats has theme customization, channel management to add, edit and delete custom channels, independent volume controls for music and effects, persistent settings with local storage and a responsive design for all devices. In this step by step guide I will show you how to install NextBeatsĀ on your Synology NAS using Docker and Portainer.
STEP 1

InstallĀ Portainer using my step by step guide. If you already have Portainer installed on your Synology NAS, skip this STEP. Attention: Make sure you have installed the latest Portainer version.
STEP 3
Log into Portainer using your username and password. On the left sidebar in Portainer, click on StacksĀ thenĀ + Add stack. Follow the instructions in the image below.
STEP 4
In the Name field type in nextbeats. Follow the instructions in the image below.

STEP 5
Scroll down on the page until you see a button namedĀ Deploy the stack. Click on it. Follow the instructions in the image below. The installation process can take up to a few minutes. It will depend on your Internet speed connection.
STEP 6
If everything goes right, you will see the following message at the top right of your screen: āSuccess Stack successfully deployedā.

The installation process can take up to a few seconds/minutes. It will depend on your Internet speed connection. Now open your browser andĀ type in http://Synology-ip-address:6431 Play the video, then scroll down the page. Follow the instructions in the image below.
