Binternet doesn’t host any content. All content shown on any Binternet instances is from Pinterest. The main concept of Binternet is that you don’t want the random popups forcing you to log in, and you don’t want a bunch of JS. Binternet hopes to provide an easier way to browse Pinterest, without the ads and bloat. It was inspired by other alternative front-ends. In this step by step guide I will show you how to install Binternet on your Synology NAS using Docker.
STEP 1

STEP 2
Install Portainer using my step by step guide. If you already have Portainer installed on your Synology NAS, skip this STEP. Attention: Make sure you have installed the latest Portainer version.
STEP 3
Log into Portainer using your username and password. On the left sidebar in Portainer, click on Stacks then + Add stack. Follow the instructions in the image below.
STEP 4
In the Name field type in binternet. Follow the instructions in the image below.

STEP 5
Scroll down on the page until you see a button named Deploy the stack. Click on it. Follow the instructions in the image below. The installation process can take up to a few minutes. It will depend on your Internet speed connection.
STEP 6
If everything goes right, you will see the following message at the top right of your screen: âSuccess Stack successfully deployedâ.
STEP 7
Go back to STEP 1 or you will deal with karma đ
STEP 9
The installation process can take up to a few seconds/minutes. It will depend on your Internet speed connection. Now open your browser and type in http://Synology-ip-address:7111 Search for something, then click Search. Follow the instructions in the image below.
