EinVault is a self-hosted animal companion health and care tracker built for homelabs. It runs in a single Docker container using SvelteKit and SQLite, keeping all data fully private and local with no cloud or telemetry. Users can manage detailed pet profiles, log daily journals with photos and mood tracking, record health events, medications, vaccinations, activities, set reminders, and handle caretaker shift schedules with role-based access. In this step by step guide I will show you how to install EinVaultĀ on your Synology NAS using Docker & Portainer.
This guide works perfectly with the latest EinVault v0.1.3Ā release.
