Synology Portainer Docker Version 2.18.1

On April 18, 2023, Portainer switched from version 2.17.1 to the new 2.18.1 version. It’s mandatory to upgrade since multiple issues have been fixed in this new version. Portainer 2.18.1 fixes an issue where default storage detection logic that runs on Kubernetes environment connection was incorrectly running on Docker environment connection, and was therefore causing an error to be output to the logs.
