Super Productivity is an advanced to-do list app with timeboxing & time tracking capabilities that supports importing tasks from your Calendar, Jira, GitHub and others. In this step by step guide I will show you how to install Super Productivity on your UGREEN NAS using Docker & Portainer.

💡Note: This guide works perfectly with the latest Super Productivity v18.6.0 release.

• STEP 2

Install Portainer using my step by step guide. If you already have Portainer installed on your UGREEN NAS, skip this STEP. Attention: Make sure you have installed the latest Portainer version.

• STEP 3

Log into Portainer using your username and password. On the left sidebar in Portainer, click on Home then Live connect. Follow the instructions in the image below.

On the left sidebar in Portainer, click on Stacks then + Add stack. Follow the instructions in the image below.

• STEP 4

In the Name field type in superproductivity. Follow the instructions in the image below.

Note: Copy Paste the code below in the Portainer Stacks Web editor.

• STEP 5

Scroll down on the page until you see a button called Deploy the stack. Click on it. Follow the instructions in the image below. The installation process can take up to a few minutes. It will depend on your Internet speed connection.

• STEP 6

If everything goes right, you will see this message at the top right of your screen: “Success Stack successfully deployed“.

• STEP 8

The installation process can take up to a few seconds/minutes. It will depend on your Internet speed connection. Now open your browser and type in http://Synology-ip-address:4567 Click Productivity Suite. Follow the instructions in the image below.

• STEP 9

At the top right of the page, click + to add your first Task. Follow the instructions in the image below.

• STEP 10

On the left sidebar, click Settings to access the Global Settings. Click the General tab. Switch the theme to Dark. Follow the instructions in the image below.

• STEP 11

On the left sidebar, you can click Schedule to Schedule a task. Follow the instructions in the image below.

• STEP 12

On the left sidebar, click Settings. Click the Sync & Backup tab. Click Export Data to back up your data. Click Import from file to import your data into a new Super Productivity instance that you have hosted elsewhere.
