Fix environment refresh after auth login.
Fix single container update clearing up all update badges.
Fix code editor paste issue on Safari on iPad.
Fix registry login failing due to Bun stdin API incompatibility.
Fix env var editor focus issues.
Fix git stack naming issues: validation, rename sync, and delete cleanup.
