Monitoring uptime for HTTP(s) / TCP / Ping. Fancy, Reactive, Fast UI/UX. Notifications via Webhook, Telegram, Discord and email (SMTP). 20 seconds interval. In this step by step guide I will show you how to install Uptime KumaĀ on yourĀ UGREEN NAS using Docker & Portainer.
STEP 1

STEP 2
InstallĀ Portainer using my step by step guide. If you already have Portainer installed on your UGREEN NAS, skip this STEP. Attention: Make sure you have installed the latest Portainer version.
STEP 3
Go toĀ FilesĀ and open the docker folder. Inside the docker folder, create one new folder and name itĀ uptimekuma. Follow the instructions in the image below.
Note: Be careful to enter only lowercase, not uppercase letters.

STEP 4
Log into Portainer using your username and password. On the left sidebar in Portainer, click onĀ HomeĀ thenĀ Live connect. Follow the instructions in the image below.

On the left sidebar in Portainer, click on StacksĀ thenĀ + Add stack. Follow the instructions in the image below.

STEP 5
In the Name field type in uptimekuma. Follow the instructions in the image below.

Note: Before you paste the code above in the Web editor area below, change the value for TZ.Ā (Select your current Time Zone from this list.)

STEP 6
Scroll down on the page until you see a button namedĀ Deploy the stack. Click on it. Follow the instructions in the image below. The installation process can take up to a few minutes. It will depend on your Internet speed connection.

STEP 7
If everything goes right, you will see the following message at the top right of your screen: āSuccess Stack successfully deployedā.

STEP 9
The installation process can take up to a few seconds/minutes. It will depend on your Internet speed connection. Now open your browser andĀ type in http://ugreen-ip-address:3444 Select SQLite as a database, then click Next. Follow the instructions in the image below.

Choose your language. Create a Username and a Password and then click Create. Follow the instructions in the image below. ā ļøNote: Uptime Kuma does not accept weak passwords.

STEP 10
Click +Add New Website Monitor on the left. Add your website parameters, then click Save. Follow the instructions in the image below. Note: You can monitor multiple websites at the same time.

STEP 11
At the top right of the page, click on the account icon, then Settings. Follow the instructions in the image below.

STEP 12
You can change your Theme and switch to Dark Mode.Ā Follow the instructions in the image below.

Click on Setup Notification to set up your notifications. Follow myĀ Step by step guide on how to Set Up Email Notifications on Uptime Kuma.

Select your favorite Notification Type from the list, then click Save. Follow the instructions in the image below.
