NextBeats is a modern, customizable lofi music player built with Next.js and TypeScript. It’s perfect for coding, studying, or just chilling. NextBeats has a beautiful, retro TV-style interface, with YouTube integration for endless lofi streams and multiple sound effects to enhance your experience. NextBeats has theme customization, channel management to add, edit and delete custom channels, independent volume controls for music and effects, persistent settings with local storage and a responsive design for all devices. In this step by step guide I will show you how to install NextBeats on your UGREEN NAS using Docker and Portainer.

• STEP 2

Install Portainer using my step by step guide. If you already have Portainer installed on your Synology NAS, skip this STEP. Attention: Make sure you have installed the latest Portainer version.

• STEP 3

Log into Portainer using your username and password. On the left sidebar in Portainer, click on Stacks then + Add stack. Follow the instructions in the image below.

• STEP 4

In the Name field type in nextbeats. Follow the instructions in the image below.

Note: Copy Paste the code below in the Portainer Stacks Web editor.

• STEP 5

Scroll down on the page until you see a button named Deploy the stack. Click on it. Follow the instructions in the image below. The installation process can take up to a few minutes. It will depend on your Internet speed connection.

• STEP 6

If everything goes right, you will see the following message at the top right of your screen: “Success Stack successfully deployed“.

The installation process can take up to a few seconds/minutes. It will depend on your Internet speed connection. Now open your browser and type in http://ugreen-ip-address:6431 Play the video, then scroll down the page. Follow the instructions in the image below.
