Synology doesn’t leave its customers behind. Testimony to this is the fact that, a few days ago, Synology released DSM version 6.2.4-25556-1 which fixes a rather important bug on two dated NAS models, Synology DS414j and DS216play. The bug that affects these two NAS models appeared in DSM version 6.2.4-25556 and caused the system to potentially not be able to install or run some services successfully after being updated to DSM 6.2.4-25556
