It’s been a little while since I’ve updated you on our Reddit community and today I come with news: our Synology subreddit r/synologynas/ is at 2K redditors. Our community for Synology users and enthusiasts is a place to connect and discuss topics of interest revolving around what it is to be a sysadmin, the challenges that come with the role and the adventure of being the sole administrator of your sys-environment. To keep it short and sweet, today I’m happy to share with you that our Synology community on Reddit already has over 2000 wonderful members. If you are a Synology owner and are on Reddit, come join our lovely little community and become a member!
The reason why I’m frequently updating you on the numbers goes beyond a mere informative aspect. It’s really about the people behind the numbers who are working towards a common goal which is to build and sustain a community. Because it takes time and effort to read through posts and comments and offer solutions, brainstorm tweaks to suit special use cases and provide recommendations for varied scenarios, all with the benefit of another user in mind. We all have busy lives, and work and family and all that life constantly throws at us can be overwhelming, so to take time out of their day to help others is what makes the people behind our Synology community pillars of good character. I salute you, dear moderators and members sharing your time and knowledge with everyone, being present and helpful, consistent and reliable!
See you on Reddit! 🚀
Also, if you haven’t yet, you can also join fellow Synology Expert users on Facebook and Discord.
