Created at the beginning of April 2024, the UGREEN NAS EXPERTS Facebook Group now sits at a whopping 17K members as of March 26, 2026. This beautiful number sparks joy in my heart because it means 17.000 people, NAS owners and tech enthusiasts from around the world, have come together to form this beautiful community that is growing and thriving. I’m also taking note of all your efforts and hard work and doing my best to bring my contribution as well. In the past two weeks I’ve updated 46 Docker containers related to the UGREEN NAS and made efforts to provide at least one new post a day on the blog. With the hardware to run more power-hungry operations and a continually developing OS, this NAS promises to be a groundbreaking gadget set to adorn the homes of tech enthusiasts around the world. And together, we can make the experience simpler and more straightforward for each other in our community.

Almost 99,9% of the people that install something using my guides forget to support my work, or just ignore STEP 1. I’ve been very honest about this aspect of my work since the beginning: I don’t run any ADS, I don’t require subscriptions, paid or otherwise, I don’t collect IPs, emails, and I don’t have any referral links from Amazon or other merchants. I also don’t have any POP-UPs or COOKIES. The main reason for this is because I want to offer a clean, safe and pleasant user experience to anyone coming to mariushosting. But for this I require your support. I do self-host so I have devices running 24/7/365. I do all the technical support work, admin work, I test and create content, from informing you of what’s new to providing complex technical tutorials with images and exact instructions and code that I specifically make work for this type of devices, take care of security and all other kinds of updates, and work to improve user experience all the time. But I need to be supported to be able to continue doing this kind of work. I have repeatedly been told over the years how much I have contributed to the community.
